Dueling Autobidders Move to 1 Minute

By popular request, we have adjusted the amount of time added to an auction when two autobidders face off. The new time is 60 seconds.

So when two autobidders face off, all bids will be used immediately until one party is either out of bids or their assigned bid limit is reached.
